Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Sithroo Face Reading. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sithroo Face Reading mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
About the Service
Sithroo Face Reading provides face-reading, personality-style, interpretive, and related entertainment or self-reflection features based on information and photos that you choose to provide.
Face-reading results are interpretive and are provided for entertainment, general information, and personal reflection. They are not a scientific determination of personality, identity, health, future events, compatibility, or any other factual characteristic.
You should not rely on Sithroo results as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, employment, educational, relationship, or other professional advice, diagnosis, screening, or decision-making guidance.
Photos, Permission, and Consent
You may provide a photo to use the face-reading feature. You retain responsibility for the photo you choose to use.
- You must have the right and permission to use any photo you submit.
- You must not use the Service to invade another person’s privacy, harass them, impersonate them, or make harmful or unlawful claims about them.
- If a photo contains another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required before using it in Sithroo.
- You must not use the Service in a way that violates another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Photos used for face reading are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts and Account Security
Some features may require account registration or verification, which may include verification using a phone number or one-time password.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and account access and for providing accurate information when required.
You may request deletion of your Account and associated Personal Data through the app or our Account Deletion page.
License and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Sithroo Face Reading and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Service, including its software, interface, branding, written content, graphics, and original materials.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, lawful use.
You must not, except where applicable law expressly permits it:
- Sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its materials.
- Copy or reproduce protected app content beyond normal personal use.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- Remove ownership, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, defame, or harm another person.
- Use another person’s photo without appropriate permission.
- Attempt to identify, authenticate, stalk, discriminate against, or make high-impact decisions about another person based on a Sithroo result.
- Misrepresent a face-reading result as a verified scientific, medical, psychological, legal, or factual assessment.
- Interfere with security, abuse app systems, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
Advertising
The free version or certain parts of Sithroo may display advertisements, including advertisements provided through Google AdMob or other approved advertising services.
Advertising services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your face-reading photo is not shared with advertising providers by Sithroo.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores, payment providers, mobile network operators, analytics tools, advertising services, or external websites.
We do not control the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that the Service, every feature, or every result will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or scientific validity of any face-reading result, personality interpretation, compatibility suggestion, or other output from the Service.
Individual results may vary. Any decision you make based on app content is your responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sithroo Face Reading and its operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, engage in unlawful conduct, or where suspension is required by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request Account deletion as described above.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms and revise the effective date shown on this page.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect means you agree to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
