This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of Sithroo Face Reading (“Sithroo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding information when you use the Sithroo Face Reading mobile application and related services (the “Service”).
We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to operate the Service, provide requested features, maintain security, and support users.
Photos used for face-reading features are processed on your device only. We do not upload, transmit, collect, store, sell, or share your photos through our servers or with third parties.
Interpretation and Definitions
Words with an initial capital letter have meanings defined below. These definitions have the same meaning whether they appear in singular or plural form.
- Account
- A user account created to access the Service or certain features of it.
- Application
- The Sithroo Face Reading mobile application.
- Device
- A smartphone, tablet, or other compatible device used to access the Service.
- Personal Data
- Information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
- Service
- The Sithroo Face Reading application and related services.
- Service Provider
- A third party that helps provide, secure, analyze, advertise, authenticate, or support parts of the Service.
- Usage Data
- Technical or diagnostic information generated through use of the Service.
Information We Access or Collect
Account information
When account registration or verification is provided, we may collect information such as your phone number and related account identifiers needed to create, verify, maintain, or support your account.
Usage and technical information
The Service and service providers used by the app may automatically process technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address, advertising or device identifiers where permitted, crash information, diagnostics, and interaction data.
This information is used for functions such as app reliability, fraud and abuse prevention, analytics, advertising measurement, troubleshooting, and improving the Service.
Photo access
The app allows you to provide a photo for the face-reading feature. Photo access occurs only when you choose to select or capture a photo for that feature. The selected photo is used only for the face-reading functionality requested by you.
Photos and Face-Reading Processing
Photos provided to Sithroo Face Reading are processed locally on your device. The photo itself does not leave your device as part of our face-reading process.
- We do not upload your photo to our servers.
- We do not store your photo on our servers.
- We do not share your photo with advertising, analytics, or other third-party services.
- We do not sell your photo.
- We do not use your photo for advertising or marketing.
If the app lets you save or share a result, that action is initiated by you through your device. Any sharing destination you choose is outside our control and is subject to that destination’s own privacy practices.
You should only submit a photo that you have the right and permission to use. If a photo shows another person, you are responsible for obtaining any permission required before using that photo in the app.
How We Use Personal Data
We may use Personal Data and Usage Data for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To create, verify, and manage your Account.
- To provide requested app features and support.
- To diagnose crashes, errors, or performance problems.
- To understand general feature usage and improve the Service.
- To detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, or security incidents.
- To respond to questions, support requests, privacy requests, and account deletion requests.
- To send service-related communications and, where permitted, notifications about updates or offers.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Your actual photo is not used for these account, advertising, analytics, or marketing purposes.
Sharing of Information
We do not share your photos. Other limited information, such as account or technical data, may be processed or shared where reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Providers that help us with functions such as authentication, analytics, diagnostics, communications, hosting, security, or app operation.
- Advertising providers: Advertising services may process device and ad interaction data as described in the Advertising section below.
- Legal or safety reasons: Where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect users, our rights, the Service, or the public.
- Business changes: In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable legal requirements.
We do not sell your Personal Data.
Advertising
Sithroo Face Reading may display advertisements using Google AdMob to support development and maintenance of the Service.
Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and ad interaction data to provide ads, limit fraud, and measure advertising performance, subject to applicable settings and consent requirements.
This advertising data is collected or processed by Google and its partners, not from the photo you provide for face reading.

Retention and Security
We retain Personal Data under our control only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account and security functions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Photos used for face reading are not retained on our servers because they are not uploaded to our servers.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data under our control. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Some information processed independently by third-party providers may be retained according to those providers’ own policies and applicable law.
Your Choices and Account Deletion
You may choose not to provide a photo, but the face-reading feature cannot operate without a photo selected by you.
You may request deletion of your Sithroo Face Reading Account and associated Personal Data under our control. Account deletion is available through the app and through our external account deletion page.

When an account deletion request is completed, we delete the Account and associated Personal Data under our control unless certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record purposes.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Data to us, please contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
