How to Request Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion from within Sithroo Face Reading using the app’s account deletion option, or you can submit a request outside the app by emailing us from this page.
When contacting us, use the phone number or account details associated with your Sithroo Account so we can verify and process the correct account. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What We Delete
Once a valid deletion request is processed, we delete the Sithroo Account and associated Personal Data under our control that is no longer required for a permitted retention purpose.
This may include account identifiers, the phone number associated with the Account, and other account information maintained by Sithroo for the operation of the Service.
Deleting your Account is intended to be permanent. You may need to create a new Account if you decide to use account-based features again later.
What Happens to Your Photos?
Photos used for Sithroo face-reading features are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Because we do not keep those photos on our servers, there is no server-side photo copy for us to delete when you delete your Account.
You remain in control of copies saved on your own device or shared by you to another service. You can remove local copies using your device’s normal photo or file controls.
Limited Data Retention
In limited circumstances, we may retain certain information after an Account deletion request where reasonably necessary or legally required, for example for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or transaction records.
Information independently processed by third-party services, such as Google advertising or payment services, is subject to those providers’ own retention and deletion practices.
